I have reviewed thousands of resumes. I have hired hundreds of people. I have sat on the other side of that table and I know exactly what makes a resume land and what makes it disappear into the pile.
Refined Resume Academy started as a side hobby. I kept helping people with their resumes because I could not stop noticing the gap between who they were and how they presented themselves. Over several years, I refined my approach into something that works.
I am not an automated service. I am not looking for volume. My time is limited, and I am only available for the right candidates. If we are a fit, you will get my full attention. If we are not, I will tell you honestly and recommend someone who may be.

Step 2: We Decide TogetherIf we choose to work together, you will send your current resume and prepare a short homework assignment. Pricing, terms, and scheduling are on your timeline.
Step 3: The Work BeginsFrom our first working session through your final deliverable, you have my full attention. This is personal work, and I treat it that way.
