You will get an honest evaluation of your strengths, opportunity areas, and a recommended approach for your next steps. This is also where we determine if a deeper partnership is the right fit. If we are not a match, I will tell you honestly and point you toward someone who might be.

From there, we work together through your resume, rebuilding it around who you actually are. I refine it on my own, apply my observations, and deliver a polished final product along with my recommendations for your next steps.

We take it further with a hands-on job search session where we work together on a real position, so you learn by doing. You get interview coaching, a mock interview, and a personal playbook with annotated session recordings, personality profiles, and specific guidance on how to show up for different interviewer styles.
